"Customer concern is that washer does not drain. Checked errors via service mode found f9e1 (long drain). Cycle tested unit via drain and spin, Verified positive drain pump activation. Inspected drain pump clean out. Found debris clogging drain pump basket preventing adequate drain result. Cleared debris. Cycle tested unit. All checks good. Advised customer on using high quality detergent. Also Advised customer on regular cleaning intervals."
