Customer concern is that dishwasher is not draining. Found stripped chopped blade causing unit not to drain. Installed new wash motor assembly. Cycle tested unit all checks good. Left u it uninstalled per customer request.

Customer concern is that center and RR burners are not igniting and flame is uneven. Model and serial tag is not accessible. Found burner caps dirty causing difficulty igniting gass. Needs new center and right rear caps and burners. Follow up scheduled for 06/06 10-2pm; ordrng 1 5304508441 (Cap) and 1 5304520332 (Cap) and 1 5304508442 (Cap) and 1 316438200 (Burner) and 1 5304532558 (Burner)

"Customer concern is that dryer hums but dose not spin. Found failed control board. Found debris in blower wheel immobilizing motor. Removed debris and preformed airflow test failed (red). Preformed 2nd airflow with vent disconnected pass. Needs new control board. Advised customer part is discontinued AHS to supply, requires auth. ; ordrng 1 W10111606 (Control board)"

Customer concern is that microwave is not heating evenly and is blowing air out from under door. Found turntable motor default set to off causing uneven heating. Reset turn table to on. Possible fault in main control causing cooling fan to operate continously untill door is opened. Needs new main control and thermistor. Customer concern is that dryer shuts off shortly after starting a cycle and displays error code. Pulled error codes. F70x5 needs new user board and main control for F70 error.
