Customer stated washer stopped mid cycle. Performed diagnostics found faulty timer. Washer also needs to be leveled. Needed parts have been discontinued.

Customer stated dishwasher wouldn't drain. Performed diagnostics found drain system being choked by a adapter for a water filtration system. Repair is not covered due to modification of drain system. Drain hose should be changed and ran directly to disposal. Water filtration drain would need to be tied into plumbing by a plumber. Estimate to replace hose $290.83 + tax.part#W11414944
