"Customer concern is that washer leaks water during all wash cycles. On initial inspection found water pooled at bottom right corner of unit. Also found evidence of prolonged leak down back left wall on inside of case. Found leaking hot water supply hose, causing water to pool and flow under unit. Needs new water supply hoses. Advised customer hoses are not covered by warranty company. Customer bought the new hoses. Installed new fill hoses, cycle tested unit. All checks good.
