"Customer concern dryer is shutting down after approximately 4 minutes. Customer advised that it just started happening while drying a large comforter on bedding cycle (sensor dry). While removing comforter I noticed the outside of it was dry while the inside still wet. Customer advised that she had not shaken out the comforter to bring the wet portion to the outside. Once the comforter was shaken out and placed back into the dryer, it run without problem. I advised Customer that the cycles with the orange band around them are cycles that rely on moisture sensors inside of the drum to regulate how dry the clothes are getting. If there is no moisture touching them they will stop the cycle. Machine functioning as designed."
