"Customer concern is that that dishwasher does not fill, after technician left drain pump install. Cycle tested unit via newfi device starting with in let valve 5x. Reset connection between newfi device and dishwasher. Found unit required firmware update for both user interface and main control board. Updated unitand cycle tested unit again. Unit filled without issue. Reconnected newfi device checked unit for error codes, found f16(high water temps) and f99(minimum wash temp not met. Manually checked water temperatures inside unit, unit only operates at 86.4 degrees. Tested water temperatures at kitchen faucet , 110.6 degrees. Using newfi device found unit things operating temperatures are between 170 and 185. Found stuck float switch, causing unit to not recognize incoming water temperatures. Installed new float switch, cycle tested unit 3x. All checks good. ; used 1 Wd21x10519 (Float switch) from stock"
