"Customer concern is that dryer starts cycle but doesn't heat and makes noise during operation. Preformed airflow test failed (red).found open heating element,causing unit to not heat during operation. Also found seized idler pulley, causing unit to make noise during operation. Needs new idler pulley and main element. Installed new idler pulley and element. Cycle tested unit all checks good. Advised customer dryer vent duct needs to be cleaned asap before use resumes to prevent further issues. Also advised customer dryer vent hose needs to be shortened to allow sufficient airflow. ; used 1 DC97-14486A (ELEMENT ASSEMBLY), and 1 DC93-00634A (IDLER ASSEMBLY) from stock"
