"Customer concern is that dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes. Unable to get verification of model and serial, due to model tag being heavily worn out. Preformed airflow test failed (red). Found dryer needs to run multiple cycles, do to inadequate airflow. Found loose fasteners on blower housing, causing noise during operation. Tightened fasteners, cleaned and calibrated moisture sensors. Advised customer dryer vent duct needs to be cleaned asap, before use continues to prevent damage to unit."
