"Customer concern is that dryer does not heat on any cycle. Preformed airflow test failed (red). Found failed thermal cutoff, causing unit to not heat. Needs new thermal cutoff hight limit and operating thermostat. Installed new thermal cutoff, high limit and operating thermostat. Cleaned and Vacuumed inside of unit. Preformed temperature checks in range. All checks good. Advised customer dryer duct needs to be cleaned asap. Only drawing max amps of 7.6 while under full power draw. No heater on this model. Found no wiring issues. Found no issues with washer at this time. Advised to have electrician check breaker for possible premature tripping.
