Tried to turn water supply off to dishwasher, supply valve under sink will not close and is leaking. Found power cord to dishwasher torn behind unit causing short and no power to dishwasher. Advised customer that plumber is needed to fix valve under sink and electrician is needed to fix power cord behind unit. Unable to fully test unit due to no power or water."
