Cycle tested dishwasher, found unit overflowing at airgap, removed clog from airgap, ran dishwasher for 30 minutes on normal cycle, no issues, confirmed operation of dispenser. Preformed cycle test on light cycle no issues, confirmed operation of dispenser. Could not replicate shut down or dispenser error. Possible long drain time out caused u it not to complete cycle due to clog in airgap. Advised customer to monitor dishwasher and if issues persist to call and schedule another appointment."
