Checked all connections on range. Tested all elements and lights for shorts. No issue with range. Turned both upper and lower ovens on to test. Heard pops from breaker panel. Turned oven off. Went to breaker panel seen smoke and orange glow from behind breaker. Shut main breakers off. Removed panel to make sure burning stopped. Seen main breaker cleat melted. Advised they have circuit breaker and or panel issues. Reinstalled circuit breaker panel. Advised to leave mains turned off and call an electrician. Found no issues with range.
