Customer complaint that washer leaks. Not sure where or when. Cycle tested x5 in different cycle and service mode. No active leaks found at time of service. Found signs of leak from dispenser. Door boot/glass and rear vent. Fiund a build up suds in washer causing leak from rear vent. Advised to use less detergent. Found debris between boot and glass. Cleaned debris. Advised to clean door glass regularly. Found no issues with dispenser. Advised that detergent pods should be placed directly in washer and not dispenser as it may cause water to back up and leak. Washer ops good at this time. Advised to call if lpissue persists. No deductible collected as tenants stated owner is responsible. FAHW to collect.
