Door boot/glass and rear vent. Fiund a build up suds in washer causing leak from rear vent. Advised to use less detergent. Found debris between boot and glass. Cleaned debris. Advised to clean door glass regularly. Found no issues with dispenser. Advised that detergent pods should be placed directly in washer and not dispenser as it may cause water to back up and leak. Washer ops good at this time. Advised to call if lpissue persists. No deductible collected as tenants stated owner is responsible. FAHW to collect.

"Customer complaint that washer errors as unbalanced no matter the load. This happened immediately after installed in new home. Found when washer was moved, tub was not secured well enough causing tub to dent rear panel and get caught on metal lip causing tub to not move freely and go out of balance. Reset tub and straightened rear panel. Cycle tested with a load. All checks ok."
