"Customer concern is that dryer does not run cycle. Found shorted power cord and l2 side of harness shorted due to corrosion, causing unit to not start cycle. Also found crushed vent, causing restrictions for airflow to produce poor drying results. Needs new power cord terminal block kit. And Vent elbow contacted property management for auth, spoke to Alex received go ahead of repair by phone. Found damage from previous remaovel Found ice make fill hose inserted too far into fill tray causing splash over and ice up, adjusted fill hose.
