"Customer concern is that washer leaks a little from under unit. Cycle tested unit 10x, found no active leaks. Inspected inlet valves ,good Inspected door boot and glass sealing surfaces, fail. Found buildup of hair and film on door glass, causing boot to not seat properly resulting in unit leak from bottom of door. Found oversuds conditions present from rear vent, causing unit to leak during spin cycle. Advised customer on proper loading practices. Advised customer on regular cleaning intervals for optimal performance of sealing surfaces. Advised customer on using high quality detergent to reduce oversuds conditions.
