"Customer concern is that dishwasher leaks along of water, not washing properly.rusted rack and broken clip on knife holder. Preformed visual inspection. Found unit completely full of water at time of arrival, caused by stuck open inlet valve. Drained water from unit. Found torn tub seal, causing unit to leak during operation. Also found damaged door sweeper seal, causing leak during operation. Found detergent pod in top rack , advised customer always use detergent dispenser. Found clogged spray arms, causing unit to produce poor wash quality. Cycle tested unit 3x, found leaking sump seal, causing leak from under unit during operation. Needs new upper and lower spray arms, tub seal, sweeper seal, sump seal and inlet valve.
