"Customer concern is that dishwasher will start cycle. midway through cycle unit will loose power off them reboot to standby display every use. Via newfi device found, f56(failure to drain) and f86 (failure to fill). Also found firmware update available for unit. During initial cycle test, unit fully lost power for approximately 1.5 minutes then regained power. Checked power supply connections, intact and tight. Found cause of power loss result of main board failure. Needs new main board. Advised customer part shows out of stock, may take time to get parts.
