Customer concern is oven not getting to temperature. Pre heated oven to 350 on convection bake and unit pre heats and maintains 350. Placed unit into regular bake and unit began cooling down and not able to get back to 350. Found that convection fans remain on regardles of cook type selected causing them to draw heat out of unit. Found stuck relay for convection fans causing them to run constantly. Needs new relay board.; ordrng 1 DE92-03960G (ASSY PCB MAIN)
