"Customer concern is that oven does not heat, customer was attempting to use oven unit initially heated to roughly 150 then stopped heating at that point. Cycle tested unit, unit showed good ignition on bake cycle. Allowed unit to heat to set temperature of 350 degrees. Cycle tested broil, broil light first time. Preformed repeated bake ignition tests x5, bake manifold experienced proper ignition 2x. subsequent 3 remaining attempts manifold failed to ignite. Preformed visual inspection of ignitor and manifold from rear of unit, found cookie sheets making contact with ignitor causing ignitor to arch to cookie sheet, causing oven to not heat. Removed cookie sheets, inspected connection, found connection slightly loose also causing poor/no ignition conditions. Re-seated connection. Cycle tested unit 15x. All checks good.advised customer on importantce of not overloading warming drawer to cause poor/no ignition conditions. Collected 129 + tax via"
