Good water pressure and spray pattern. Dishwasher failed to drain. Found factory plug still installed in garbage disposal that dishwasher drain is hooked up to. Advised that plug in disposal needs to be removed (customer already has plumber on sight) no mechanical issues found with dishwasher. Per AHS, no secondary coverage. Only 1 dishwasher covered. Advised customer to call AHS to confirm proper coverage levels. Dishwasher not mounted in cabinet properly causing door to not close properly. Customer is aware."
