"Customer concern is that dishwasher has poor wash performance and is not draining. Pulled error codes, F2E1,F6E4. Confimed operation of float switch, preformed diagnostics cycle, errors did not return. Found drain pump producing grinding noise but dose complete drain. Installed SQT provided drain motor, cycle tested dishwasher, noise eliminated all checks good. Advised customer on using high quality detergent and rinse aid and running regular cleaning cycles. Returning two SQT provided parts."

A few years ago our washing machine was acting up and we were connected with RPS through our Lowe’s extended warranty. The RPS technician came to our house in a timely manner and fixed the problem. Recently, our machine started acting up again. Our extended warranty was expired. Since RPS did a nice job with our prior issue, we contacted them again. The scheduling process was quick and easy and Technician arrived as scheduled. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable price. We are happy with RPS and the service that the technician provided.
