We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our technician team. In this role, you’ll repair major home appliances like washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, and more — directly in the customer’s home. You’ll start your workday from home and be dispatched to service calls throughout our territory.

Diagnose and repair major home appliances (gas and electric)
Travel to customer homes within our Washington service area
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Use technology to manage service routes, jobs, and documentation
Maintain accurate records, parts usage, and service updates
Participate in continuous training and education
Must be 18+ years old and U.S.-based (WA preferred)
Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
Comfortable with computers and mobile apps
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and maneuver up to 250 lbs occasionally
Strong mechanical aptitude or technical curiosity
Willing to obtain a CFC Certification (refrigerant license)
Experience in appliance repair or similar field service is a plus
07D electrical license is a plus
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Strong customer service and critical thinking skills
Monday–Friday with flexible daily routing. You begin and end your day from home. Service area is Pierce County.

We’re looking for a reliable, remote Customer Service Representative to support our growing business. In this role, you’ll assist customers over the phone, via text, and through email, helping them schedule appliance repair services and get answers fast.
Answer incoming calls, text messages, and emails from customers
Schedule appointments using our CRM system
Provide updates and information about service requests
Perform general back office tasks as needed
Help with occasional special projects (e.g., sending review requests, newsletters, closing warranty jobs)
U.S.-based, with preference for Central or Mountain time zone
Fluent in spoken and written English
A quiet, professional home office setup
Comfortable using CRM tools and multi-channel communication platforms
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer-first attitude
Spanish language skills a plus (not required)
Preferred working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time. Flexibility is available depending on your time zone.
Hourly Rate: $15–$20, based on experience and performance
