Installed previously ordered user interface. Cycle tested unit all checks good

Found no defect.. cycle tested unit via service mode, found no stored error codes. Verified proper function of water vain. Found no mechanical defects at time of service. Advised customer to monitor and call if issue persists. Advised customer on proper loading practices. Also advised customer on using high quality detergent."

Installed previously ordered main control board. Unit did not power on. Unit able to service mode. F6E2 error. Check UI harness for continuity good. Needs new User interface. Follow up scheduled for 05/13 1-5pm; ordrng 1 W11135391 (console)

"Customer concern is that dishwasher makes grinding noise during operation. Found stripped drain pump impeller, causing unit to make grinding noise during drain portion of cycle. Also found tears at corners of door seal, causing water leak during operation. Needs new drain pump and door seal. Customer elected to not repair at this time. Collected 95.00 trip fee via card payment"
