"Dryer dismantled prior to service call. Customer concern is that dryer produced thunk noise and stopped tumbling. Found seized idler pulley causing noise during operation. Needs new idler. "Customer concern is that dryer does not power. Verified power supply at outlet, good 240v supplied. Found power cord loose not fully seated. Reseated power cord in outlet. Unit operating as designed. Preformed airflow test failed (yellow). Preformed temperature checks, in range. Advised customer dryer vent duct needs to be cleaned."

"Customer concern is that dryer does not heat. Preformed airflow test, failed (red). Verified power supply voltage, good 240v. Found open thermal cutoff, causing unit to not heat. Also found open contacts in timer causing unit to not advance time during cycle. high limit, thermal cutoff. And timer. Installed new high limit,thermal cutoff,and timer. Provided by sears. Cycle tested unit 3x. All checks good."

Cameron arrived promptly and went right to work. We knew exactly when he was coming thanks to your special system online and his call to let us know. We told him that we had been without a properly working dryer for five months and that we had been highly unsatisfied with the Sears warranty program and the three repairman that had previously been out. He fixed our dryer with no muss and no fuss, utilizing the two parts that had been sent to us previously though no one had returned to put them in. He also told us to replace the air hose and why, which we later did. The dryer heats perfectly now. Thanks, Camerson, and thanks RPS. We will definitely call you again if we need another service.
