1Introduction

Thank you for joining the RPS Appliance Repair VIP Membership. This agreement outlines the membership benefits, terms, and responsibilities. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these terms.

2Membership Benefits

VIP members receive:

• Unlimited Service Calls for mechanical breakdowns that disrupt the normal operation of the appliance.
• Lifetime Warranty on mechanical parts (including dryer heating elements) for members with continuous, uninterrupted VIP membership.
• Priority Scheduling with service within two business days. If RPS Appliance Repair cannot provide service within this timeframe, members will receive an additional 5% discount on repairs, in addition to the standard 10%.
• Free Diagnostic & Trip Fees, even if the member chooses not to proceed with the repair.
• 10% Discount on all parts and labor.
• Free Preventative Maintenance: Buy a preventative maintenance check-up for any appliance and choose a second appliance to have checked at no additional cost.

3Membership Fees

• The VIP membership requires an annual fee of $149.99 plus applicable tax, which covers the benefits listed above.
• Membership renews automatically unless canceled.

4Membership Eligibility

• Available to residential customers within our service area.
• Each membership applies to one enrolled residential service address and is non-transferable.

5Coverage & Exclusions

General Exclusions

• Parts that are no longer available are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
• Priority scheduling is limited to one appliance per visit, depending on schedule availability.
• The 5% additional discount for delayed service does not apply to delays caused by holidays, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Service Limitations

• RPS Appliance Repair does not service all makes and types of appliances. Please contact us to confirm if your appliance brand and type are eligible for coverage.
• Coverage applies only to appliances used for single-family residential purposes. Commercial-use appliances or appliances used outside of a residential setting are excluded.

Excluded Repairs and Conditions

• Repairs related to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
• Cosmetic damages such as dents, scratches, or discoloration that do not affect appliance functionality are excluded.
• Pre-existing conditions or repairs attempted by a third party before RPS Appliance Repair's assessment are not covered.
• Membership benefits do not apply retroactively to work already diagnosed, quoted, authorized, or in progress before enrollment.
• Damage resulting from acts of nature, including floods, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other natural disasters, is excluded.
• Repairs for damage caused by power surges, electrical failures, or improper electrical connections are not covered.
• Infestations or damage caused by rodents, pests, or other animals are excluded.

Other Exclusions

• The warranty and benefits are void if the appliance is relocated outside of RPS Appliance Repair's service area.
• Special-order parts, custom parts, or any parts that require manufacturer approval are not eligible for the 10% discount or lifetime warranty.

6Warranty Claims

• To file a warranty claim, please contact RPS Appliance Repair directly.
• A diagnostic fee may apply if a claim is denied, but this fee is waived if a repair is completed.

7Member Responsibilities

• Maintain appliances according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Notify RPS Appliance Repair of any missed or rescheduled appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.

8Cancellation & Refunds

• Members may turn off automatic renewal at any time. The annual fee is non-refundable, and benefits continue through the end of the current paid term.
• Turning off renewal prevents the next annual charge; it does not end the current paid membership early.
• RPS Appliance Repair may terminate a membership immediately for abuse, fraud, misuse, or another material violation of these terms. When RPS terminates a membership, the annual membership fee will be refunded and benefits end immediately.

9Changes to Membership Terms

RPS Appliance Repair reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP membership at any time, without prior notice.

10Limitation of Liability

VIP membership does not insure or reimburse losses, expenses, or damages caused by an appliance failure, malfunction, leak, loss of use, delayed service, parts delay, unsuccessful repair, or recurrence of a problem. Excluded costs include food loss or spoilage, medicine loss or spoilage, replacement meals or ice, laundromat, wash-and-fold, or dry-cleaning costs, damage to clothing or other contents, appliance rental, replacement, removal, or installation costs, lodging, transportation, cleanup or remediation, increased utility costs, water damage or damage to floors, cabinets, walls, or other property caused by the appliance condition, lost wages, lost income or profits, business interruption, loss of data, and charges from another service provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPS liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable membership or repair service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington and Texas.
