Definitions
- Customer: Customer shall mean the party and/or any person acting on behalf of the party that owns the property at the service address where we are performing the repair service. Our warranty applies when paid directly by the customer for a particular repair; otherwise, please consult with the paying party regarding your warranty.
- Service Address: The physical location where the repair service is provided.
- Paying Party: The individual or entity financially responsible for the repair.

Appliance Repair Warranty Scope
- Our repair and parts warranty applies exclusively to repairs for which payment is made directly by the Customer to Reliable Property Solutions LLC, dba RPS Appliance Repair (hereinafter referred to as “RPS Appliance Repair”).
- For services paid for by a third party (e.g., manufacturers, third-party warranty providers, home warranty providers), please consult the Paying Party regarding their specific warranty terms.

Appliance Repair Warranty Coverage
- Parts: Warranted for 1 year from the date of service against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Labor: Warranted for 90 days from the date of service for the specific repair performed.
- Diagnostics: Warranted for 30 days from the date of service.
- VIP Membership: Customers who are continuous members of our VIP program receive a lifetime warranty on all mechanical parts, including dryer heating elements.

Appliance Repair Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty applies to appliances used for single-family residential purposes only.
- For commercial use, the warranty covers:
- Parts: 90 days
- Labor: 90 days
- Diagnostics: 30 days
- The warranty does not apply if the appliance failure is not due to normal wear and tear (misuse, neglect, improper operation).
- The warranty is void if failure is due to external factors (electrical issues, water damage, pest infestations) or if the appliance is used outside the purposes specified above.

Appliance Repair Warranty Claim Process
- Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting RPS Appliance Repair at 866-987-6335. Proof of service and payment (receipts, invoices) may be required.
- Diagnostic Fee: If a warranty claim is denied due to non-normal wear and tear, a $129 diagnostic fee applies. This fee is waived if the Customer proceeds with the repair.

Appliance Repair Warranty Transferability
- The warranty applies to the appliance by its model and serial number, not the service address or customer. It is transferable if the appliance is moved to a different address.

Appliance Repair Warranty Geographical Limitations
- This warranty is only valid within the service area of RPS Appliance Repair.

Appliance Repair Warranty Limitation of Liability
- RPS Appliance Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the appliance.
