Accessibility at RPS
Help should be easy to reach.
Last reviewed September 11, 2026We want customers to be able to learn about RPS, check service coverage, schedule appliance repair, and contact our team regardless of ability or the technology they use.
Our accessibility commitment
RPS Appliance Repair uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our engineering target. We review accessibility as the website, scheduler, customer portal, and supporting services change.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Meeting a technical standard does not guarantee that every person will have the same experience with every device, browser, assistive technology, or third-party service.
Get help without using an online form
If a website feature or form is difficult to use, our team can help you check coverage, request an appointment, or obtain information another way.
- Call or text 866-987-6335.
- Email info@rpsrepair.com.
- Use our contact page to request a follow-up.
Please tell us what you were trying to do and the assistance you need. You may also request a reasonable communication accommodation for an upcoming service visit.
How we support accessible use
Our website is designed with semantic headings and landmarks, labeled form controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, readable contrast, alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts, zoom support, reduced-motion preferences, and clear form feedback.
We test important customer paths with automated tools and manual keyboard, zoom, mobile, and screen-reader checks. We prioritize issues that prevent someone from scheduling, contacting RPS, or accessing service information.
Third-party services
Some functions, including scheduling, customer accounts, review sources, maps, email signup, and payment services, may be provided by or connect to third parties. We work to choose and configure these services responsibly, but we do not control every aspect of their accessibility.
If a connected service creates a barrier, contact RPS directly and we will provide assistance when practical.
Report an accessibility problem
Email info@rpsrepair.com or call or text 866-987-6335. Include the page or feature involved, what happened, the device or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way for us to respond.
We review accessibility feedback and make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or service while we investigate the underlying issue.
