"Customer concern is that washer produces out of balance condition after moving. Attempted to Pull errors via service mode, found no stored errors. Cycle tested unit empty. Unit produces normal tub movement during 0-100 rpm range during mid range rpms unit balances with little to no deflection in high speed spin unit produces high degree of tub deflection causing cancelation of cycle. Preformed inspection of unit, found leaking and heavily corroded inlet valves unrelated to movers. Found shipping bolts were Attempted but improperly installed causing damage to mounting locations. Inspected tub assembly for excess basket play and deflection, no defect found. Found balance ring responsible for aiding in balance. Cracked leaked oil out, causing unit in ability to preform spin cycle adequately due to tub improperly secured during transport. Needs new inlet assembly, and basket assembly. Due to parts showing NLA no repair available at this time. Collected diagnostic fee +tax via card payment"

"Customer concern is that dishwasher is turning on by itself. Water in leak tray apon arrival. Cycle tested unit for leak diagnosis for 40 minutes could not replicate leak. Possible oversuds condition, Dedergent stains on floor. Advised customer on using high quality detergent and running regular cleaning cycles. No mechanical or component failures at time of service."
