Cycle sequence
Pump operation, the water path, balance, suspension, and final spin response are evaluated together. This is especially important when the door lock message remains after the cycle.

What we diagnose
We find the cause before quoting the repair.
Frigidaire front-load and top-load washers use different suspension and drive arrangements, but both depend on reliable draining and lock confirmation before high-speed spin. Water left in the tub can prevent spin, while a lock, fill, balance, drive, sensor, or control problem can stop the cycle before draining ever begins. We test the appliance before recommending a repair, so the quote is based on what actually failed.

Before your appointment
A few details can help us prepare.
Drain and spin
The lid or door signal, motor system, speed feedback, wiring, and controls are tested as the model requires. This is especially important when the tub movement creates repeated imbalance or knocking.
Lock, drive, and sensing
The reported stopping point is compared with live fill, wash, drain, and spin behavior. This is especially important when the washer drains slowly and skips final spin.
Before the visit: Check beneath the lid on many top-load models or around the door opening on a front-load washer. Photograph any code and note whether the failure occurs with small loads as well as full loads.
