They just did a quick look and poor analysis of the problem. Cejay took his time to think through the problem and found a lot is issues which can’t be fixed. I’m so appreciative of his efforts

Cejay, the technician, quickly identified the problem with my refrigerator; gave me a quote on both parts and labor and answered all my questions. He returned with the part several days later to my home in Puyallup, quickly and efficiently switched out the broken part, which involved taking the back off of the freezer, cleaned up everything and was on his way! I found the scheduling of the appointment and the follow up by the company quite pleasing always keeping me the know on my appt and technician. I especially liked the picture of who would be completing the service call. Chad showed up in the time frame given and was highly professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem in a short period of time and was respectful of our property. I was notified when part arrived within 2 days and requested Chad for service which they obliged. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process and the people who represent RPS. I will call again with future repairs but hopefully not too soon!
