Fill and circulation
Water level, pump circulation, spray movement, filtration, and detergent release are checked during operation. This is especially important when the normal light flashes and the drain pump continues running.

What we diagnose
We find the cause before quoting the repair.
Samsung dishwasher diagnosis follows water entry, circulation, heating, draining, leak detection, and door confirmation. A code describes the stage the control could not verify, not the failed part by itself. Useful dishwasher testing follows the complete fill, circulation, heat, drain, and dry sequence while also checking the sink or disposal connection. We test the appliance before recommending a repair, so the quote is based on what actually failed.

Tell us what your appliance is doing.
If your Samsung dishwasher is not working correctly in Forney, RPS can help find the cause and explain the repair options. If water remains in the tub, tell us whether the cycle ended normally and whether the sink or disposal was used at the same time. When requesting service in Forney, include the model number and a photo of the affected area when possible. The online ZIP check confirms coverage for the address.
Before your appointment
A few details can help us prepare.
Drain path
The drain pump, filters, hoses, check components, and household connection are considered as one path. This is especially important when the cycle stops before detergent is released.
Heat, door, and controls
Heating, drying, latch signals, sensors, wiring, and control response are tested according to the complaint. This is especially important when the water-level or drain message returns after a reset.
Before the visit: Open the dishwasher and photograph the complete label along the door edge or tub frame. Photograph the code or blinking-light pattern before turning off power to the dishwasher.
