Cejay, the technician, quickly identified the problem with my refrigerator; gave me a quote on both parts and labor and answered all my questions. He returned with the part several days later to my home in Puyallup, quickly and efficiently switched out the broken part, which involved taking the back off of the freezer, cleaned up everything and was on his way! RPS reviews attracted me to try their services to repair my LG refrigerator ice dispenser. I found the scheduling of the appointment and the follow up by the company quite pleasing always keeping me the know on my appt and technician. I especially liked the picture of who would be completing the service call. Chad showed up in the time frame given and was highly professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem in a short period of time and was respectful of our property. I was notified when part arrived within 2 days and requested Chad for service which they obliged. I love that when I called to schedule an appointment they told me over the phone exactly how the charges were going to work. They constantly texted me to let me know when my service would take place. The service rep,  Cameron, was extremely knowledgeable and shared all of his tips with us, not just on the one he was servicing but on all of them. He was fantastic! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
