Surface cooking
The correct gas or electrical supply and the model's safety and control sequence are verified before parts are recommended. This is especially important when the oven temperature drifts during longer baking.

What we diagnose
We find the cause before quoting the repair.
Whirlpool ranges can lose one cooking function while others continue normally. Comparing surface elements, bake, broil, ignition, and displayed temperature helps isolate the affected circuit. An oven that heats slowly, overshoots, or never reaches temperature needs actual temperature and component testing rather than a conclusion based only on the display. We test the appliance before recommending a repair, so the quote is based on what actually failed.

Before your appointment
A few details can help us prepare.
Oven temperature
Individual burner operation is compared with the supply, ignition or element circuit, switches, wiring, and controls. This is especially important when broil works but bake does not heat.
Power, ignition, and control
Measured cavity temperature, heat source, airflow, sensing, and door condition are checked when baking performance changes. This is especially important when the surface burner sparks continuously after lighting.
Before the visit: Check around the oven door frame, storage-drawer opening, or rear console area where the rating label can be viewed safely. Write down which functions still work because that comparison can shorten the diagnostic path.
